Privacy Policy for Tesla Roadster AI Video Generator
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Website: https://aiteslaroadster.com
Tesla Roadster AI Video Generator is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc., SpaceX, or Elon Musk. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
-
Photos and generated videos
- What we collect: Photos you upload (for example a face for Day 1, or a face plus a car for Make My Car Fly), prompts or template choices, and the MP4 we generate for you.
- How we process: Uploads are sent to our storage and to third-party AI video providers so we can render a short fictional clip. Output is AI-generated entertainment, not Tesla footage.
- Storage: Files may be kept so you can replay or download history. We do not use your photos to train a public model on this site.
-
Account information
- What we collect: Email address and basic profile details if you sign in with email or Google.
- Purpose: To create your account, track credits, show order history, and send transactional mail (sign-in, password reset, receipts).
-
Payments and credits
- What we collect: Transaction metadata, credit balance, and order records. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not stored on this site.
- Purpose: To sell credit packs, fulfill a paid render, refund failed jobs, and meet accounting rules.
-
Usage and device data
- What we collect: Feature use (template chosen, generate clicks), timestamps, browser type, and basic diagnostics.
- Purpose: To keep the generator working, debug failures, and improve the two templates.
-
Cookies and local storage
- What we store: Session, locale, theme, and sign-in state.
- Purpose: To keep you logged in and remember preferences. We do not currently load Google Analytics.
Data Storage and Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and cloud storage (including Cloudflare R2) and AI vendors bound by their own terms. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers: AI video generation, file storage, authentication (including Google), email delivery, and payment processors.
- Legal compliance: When required by law or valid legal process.
- Protection: To protect users, the public, or the service.
Your Choices and Rights
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data by emailing support@astrocarto.org.
- You can stop using the service and close your account by contacting support.
- Browser settings can clear cookies; some features need them to work.
Children's Privacy
This service is not directed to children under 13. Do not upload photos of minors. If you believe a child’s data was submitted, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
