These Terms govern your use of Tesla Roadster AI Video Generator, an independent fan-made AI video tool at https://aiteslaroadster.com. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc., SpaceX, or Elon Musk. Tesla and Roadster are trademarks of their owners. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of the Service
The service lets you spend credits to generate a short vertical MP4 from photos and a built-in template (Day 1 traffic takeoff or Make My Car Fly). Clips are fictional AI entertainment. They are not Tesla demonstration footage, not proof of a street-legal flying car, and not an official Tesla product.
Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Upload only photos you own or have permission to use.
- Not upload photos of minors.
- Not upload Tesla logos, badges, or other marks for us to reproduce as branding.
- Label realistic AI video as AI-generated when you post it on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or similar apps.
- Not present a clip as real news, a real crash, or Tesla’s official demo.
- Not bypass credit limits, rate limits, or security controls.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
Accounts, Credits, and Payments
- Some features require an account (email or Google sign-in). Keep your login details safe.
- Watching samples is free. Generating a clip spends credits. Packs are sold as listed on the pricing page.
- Failed or blocked jobs return reserved credits. A finished clip you dislike is not a failed job and is not refunded except where the law requires it.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers. Purchases are generally final.
Content and Intellectual Property
- Your photos: You keep ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and send them to AI providers solely to generate your clip.
- Outputs: AI results can vary. We do not guarantee likeness, car geometry, or a viral clip. You are responsible for how you share the file.
- Our service: The site, templates, and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.
- Trademarks: We do not grant you a license to Tesla branding. Do not use generated clips to imply Tesla endorsement.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or sexually exploitative content.
- Impersonate another person without consent.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, or storage.
- Scrape the service in a way that harms it.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” AI video can distort faces, cars, and motion. We do not warrant that a clip will match a template example or any Tesla vehicle.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tesla Roadster AI Video Generator and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service or from how you publish a clip.
Indemnification
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your photos, your posts, or your violation of these Terms or of platform AI-labeling rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
